Rules

Bergzicht Rules to be adhered to for All Clients:

1. All laundry must be weighed before washing/drying.

2. No loads more than 5kg will be allowed. Should load weigh more than 5KG client will have to pay R20 extra p/kg minimum of 3kg and use another machine.

3. The business accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or color runs or damages to articles or clothing.

4. DO NOT ADD the following in the machines:

1. Shoes

2. Curtains

3. Queen & King size blankets and duvets

5. All laundry is tumbled dried and therefore Bergzicht Laundry cannot be held responsible for any shrinkage of clothing.

6. Please check all pockets of clothing before putting them in the machines.

7. All steamed clothing to be booked in advance.

8. Please spin laundry before placing it in the Tumble Dryer.

9. All self-service clients will get a laundry pod with every load of washing. This is included in the price. You will not be allowed to use own detergents.

10. Bergzicht laundry will hold clients responsible for any overloading and damages to machines.

11. Standard order processing time is 48 hours, if laundromat is not busy laundry could be done in the same day.

12. We offer express service to the clients that are in a rush and need their items ASAP! Charges are: standard price +10% extra to final amount.

13. Servicing of Laundry - Subscriptions, wash, dry, & fold service:

Same Day service:
Drop off must be between 09:00am - 10:30am
Collect between 16:00pm and 17:30pm
Drop off after 10:30am will only be finished the next day.

14. Light Stain Removal - Small stains will be removed if "spotted",but not all garments are inspected closely before being placed in the washing machine.

15. If there are stains on clothing/bedding items theses stains should be pointed out by the client before booking, as to what type of stain and the cause of it. Once pointed out the stain removal process can take up to 72hrs depending on the process.

16. Please note: We will try our best to get rid of the stain and as effective as possible, however we cannot give any guarantees that our stain removal agents will be effective in the removal of stains.

17. Bleach marks - cannot be removed.
